Mass Email Sender is a web application that allows users to send bulk emails through their Gmail account. The service includes features such as rich text editing, email templates, and unsubscribe management.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws regarding email marketing and spam
• Obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending emails
• Ensuring the content of your emails does not violate any laws or regulations
• Maintaining the security of your Gmail credentials
• Respecting unsubscribe requests from recipients

Payment Terms

Our service charges a one-time fee of $0.50 per email campaign, regardless of the number of recipients. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Limitations

The service is limited to sending a maximum of 400 emails per day, in accordance with Gmail's sending limits. We do not guarantee delivery of emails, as this depends on various factors including recipient email servers and spam filters.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
